Sarah's Baked Mac and Cheese with Cauliflower

Mandi and I always joke that we have very different ways to get to the same place. Mac and cheese is the PERFECT example for us! Yesterday you saw Mandi's awesome mac and cheese and today is mine. Both equally yummy and nutritious but two very different ways to get there!

Sarah's Baked Mac and Cheese with Cauliflower
16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
box of whole wheat pasta
milk
bag of frozen cauliflower
shredded parmesan cheese (optional)

1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
2. Boil your pasta for 6 minutes. (It will not be 100% cooked.)
3. Cook the cauliflower and puree in the food processor.
4. Drain and mix the pasta with the shredded cheese and cauliflower.
5. Put into a greased 9x13 pan. 
6. Fill 1/4 the way up with milk. 
7. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
8. Bake for 30 minutes.
