Sarah's Green Smoothie

I'm inspired by Mandi's delicious green smoothie and thought I'd share our version! Unfortunately I don't have a picture but trust me, it's green!! I have my beloved Vitamix at home. If you don't have a blender that can blend a shoe than you will have to add liquid! I've used water, kefir and coconut water.

I add this amount per person:
1 orange
1 cup of frozen mangos
1 cup of spinach or kale
1 apple or pear
1 carrot

Blend and enjoy! It makes a whole lot of smoothie but we drink them all day, also in the Thermos Funtainers that Mandi talked about yesterday. We also make them into ice pops if we can't finish them!
