I Love Broccoli With Slightly Crispy Leaves

My friend Julie never ceases to amaze me. We went to dinner at her house the other night and she whipped up some healthier fried rice (which I really need the recipe for!) and the most amazing broccoli! I asked her how she did it it and it was so simple I couldn't believe it made it taste so good.
1. Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
2. Place broccoli crown side down on a cookie sheet greased with a bit of olive oil.
3. Spray olive oil on the broccoli and sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
4. Bake 25 minutes.

This will give you perfectly cooked broccoli with slightly crispy leaves. I've made it twice this week! Tomorrow I'm going to attempt this with brussels sprouts. I'll let you know how it goes!
