The Stroller Fitness Class is a baby boot camp class that includes interval training, cardio drills, strength and endurance training, and flexibility for total body fitness.  The Babywearing Workout is a "fusion" class that incorporates Pilates, Yoga, Barre Work, and Core Conditioning to help with the physical challenges of parenting.  And the "Bedtime" Bootcamp is  bootcamp class that will help you build strength and fitness perfect for moms because you can leave your little ones behind, either in bed, or to get ready for bed, and get in a great workout for yourself! Anyone is welcome to join as well, NOT JUST FOR MOMS, so invite all your friends! Workout is geared to help you lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and get into a routine of regular exercise.
