Healthier Peanut Butter Cheesecake



2 16 oz fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
16 oz of peanut butter
pie crust of your choice (I used graham)
10-15 chopped peanut butter cups (I love the ones from Trader Joe's)


Mix yogurt and peanut butter in a medium size bowl until combined. Transfer to a pie crust. Smooth with a rubber spatula. Sprinkle the top with peanut butter cups. In the refrigerator chill overnight . . . the longer, the thicker! This tastes very similar to peanut butter cheesecake. I hope you enjoy!
